We have a powerful range of qualifications and experience but be reassured, one of our major strength is our ability to create an appropriate learning environment for beginners and experts alike and we enjoy teaching both. Herbert Muller
Chef
The most important person within My Peak Potential, Herbert, is a born and bred Bavarian. Having completed a three year apprenticeship he went on to gain qualifications in nutrition and hotel business administration culminating in gaining his Master Chef qualification in 1994. Since then he has worked in hotels and restaurants across Germany as well as a few of the many British Army Adventurous Training centres in Bavaria. Here he picked up fluent English as well as a very British sense of humour! He has owned his own Steak and Schnitzel house in his local town of Wertach and is also a qualified ski instructor. What more could you want from a Chef!
